 To our Auckland clients, we now offer a 'Miss Lolo At Home' service.

We know taking the step to go bold can be a little daunting and sometimes we just need a little extra support in making that leap from beige to fabulous!

We now offer a one-hour consult in your home with Miss Lolo where she will bring all the wallpaper, vinyl, and fabric samples out to you. Together you can decide on which walls to turn into bold features and/or where and how to incorporate the fabrics (whether it be drapery or upholstery). 

Miss Lolo will measure the walls for you to make sure you order the right number of wallpaper rolls, taking all the guesswork away from you.

This service is a one-off charge of $149.00 and Miss Lolo will be in touch with you directly to arrange a day/time to meet.

Consults are available Monday to Friday between 9 am - 2 pm and two Saturdays per month.

If you aren't fully happy with the quality of the item you have received we must be notified by email within 3-days of receiving the product with a description of what the issue is. If the product is found to be faulty we will arrange collection of the item at our cost and refund you in full or reprint the panels.

Please check the wallpaper for any faults prior to hanging and notify us so replacement panels can be sent. We do not cover any hanging costs if a print flaw is found once installed.

We take no responsibility for any issues in the installation of the wallpaper. Those issues would need to be dealt with the installer directly. 

Our wallpaper panels, peel + stick wallpaper, vinyl wallpaper, and upholstery fabrics are printed to order. Any order received is deemed final and is unable to be cancelled after it has entered production.

Our headboards are all made to order and once purchased is unable to be refunded.

If a custom ordered item is damaged during transit we ask you to not sign the paperwork issued to you on delivery which states it was received in 'good' condition. The signing of this is likely to hinder any repair that would usually take place in this situation. If you refuse delivery due to a fault or damage we will arrange for collection of the item and for it to be repaired and then delivered back to you in perfect condition within a timely fashion. While we apologise for any damage that does occur during transit this is out of our control and no refunds will be issued.

Miss Lolo will always act within our obligations of the Consumers Guarantee Act.
